The new Online Hospitality Training website—complete with a new system and graphics—will help ensure employee success.

The training covers the best practices of Delivering Exceptional Customer Service with lessons on dependability, courteous communications, dealing with difficult customers and more, all while providing the information you need to become a knowledgeable and confident employee in the hospitality industry. We encourage front-line staff, managers, and anyone interested to complete the training.

The folks over at the Helpline Center have recently added new features to their website!

1. Helpsheets – Quick, information documents covering topics ranging from bed bugs to how to help a loved one in a mental health crisis. We are continuing to produce more of these on requested topics!

2. Connections Calendars – Listing events such as school supply giveaways, job fairs and more. Also, there is a calendar devoted to listing professional training opportunities across the state.
