Maddy has been with Sanford Vermillion since April 2014. In that time, she has gone from a timid, unsure staff member to a powerhouse in our dish room. She has taken on extra duties and set the standard for all our employees. Maddy works tirelessly and often times has to be reminded to take a break. She is always willing to take on another task and never asks why, but why not. Maddy is deserving of this award because of her commitment to Sanford Vermillion and her willingness to go the extra mile. In the Nutrition Services program, she is a shining star.
I nominate Maddy as Employee of the Month at Sanford Vermillion – she truly deserves it! She displays a helpful, cooperative, and positive attitude toward all her fellow employees. She is also very dependable and comes to work with a smile on her face.
Maddie is so dedicated. She likes to keep busy and have all or most of the dishes done before the Dietary Aides return from the Pantry. She always shows great interest in her work. I have never heard her complain about anything. Maddie you are a joy to work with and I love your positive and friendly attitude!! ;)
I would like to nominate Maddie for Employee of the Month. She has an infectious, positive attitude and is willing to take on any task that is asked of her. She is a hard worker and makes sure her job is done before she leaves. I enjoy working with her because she is always cheerful and fun to work with. She has set high standards for herself, and keeps them. I admire her very much for this quality.
Maddy is always so positive and upbeat with a spring in her step. She is definitely part of the team that we respect and appreciate.
