A man uses a Bobcat loader to clear the sidewalks of the Clay County Courthouse late Tuesday morning while snow that was falling at the time was being whipped by strong, cold winds. The storm system quickly moved out of the Vermillion region, but travel remained treacherous with slippery roads and blowing snow.
