I never knew that the CWC even existed until I read the article in Plain Talk about Mayor Cole’s shenanigans regarding that group. Tsk-tsk-tsk, Mayor — sleight of hand, dishonesty , evasiveness — not a good look for a mayor.

I never knew that the CWC even existed until I read the article in Plain Talk about Mayor Cole’s shenanigans regarding that group. Tsk-tsk-tsk, Mayor — sleight of hand, dishonesty , evasiveness — not a good look for a mayor.
These young people — one, a law student, another, a biomedical engineering student — are the kind of children parents dream of having. They deserve to be heard because the future belongs to them. I see no reason that their Black History Month proclamation cannot be delivered during Women’s History Month, seeing as half the CWC members in the photo are women.
I believe that there are two more City Council meetings this month. Hope to see — and hear — them there. Loud and proud, ladies!! Thank you.
