SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 22

12:06 a.m. - Officers assisted the Clay County Sheriff Department with an arrest.

1:36 a.m. - Officers arrested one adult male for trespassing into a residence.

2:56 a.m. - Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person in a residential area.

6:32 a.m. - Officers investigated a report of a domestic disturbance. One adult male was arrested for aggravated assault.

9:41 a.m. - Officers investigated a non-injury accident that resulted in damage to public property.

4:52 p.m. - An officer stopped a vehicle for doing 36 mph in a 20 mph zone. The driver was cited.

8:46 p.m. - Officers responded to a medical emergency at a residence.

10:40 p.m. - Officers investigated a report of a suspicious person near a residential area. No arrests were made.

11:36 p.m. - Officers responded to a parking complaint.

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 23

1:36 p.m. - A local bank reported receiving several counterfeit bills. Under investigation.

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 24

2:14 p.m. - Officers took a report of a tree branch that had fallen on a parked car.

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25

12:58 p.m. - An officer stopped a vehicle for doing 56 mph in a 35 mph zone. The driver was cited.

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 26

8:44 a.m. - Complainant reported seeing comments on social media that might indicate a person was suicidal. Officers contacted the individual who was alright.

5:54 p.m. - Caller reported his neighbor had pushed the callers vehicle out of the way of the neighbor's mailbox, so the neighbor would not have to get out of his vehicle to check the box. The caller's vehicle was now damaged. Insurance information was provided to the caller.

11:40 p.m. - Caller reported an unknown man was pounding loudly on her front door inside her front porch. Officers found a highly intoxicated man who had damaged the doorway and believed he was at his own home. The man was charged with damage to property and returned him to his own home.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 27

1:00 p.m. - Officers responded to a report of a couple arguing followed by the woman driving around a parking lot with a man hanging out of a car. The couple and vehicle had left the area when officers arrived. A search of the area did not locate the couple.

2:59 p.m. - An officer assisted a Court Services Officer with attempting to locate a person on court release conditions. They were unable to locate the person.

8:48 p.m. - Complainant reported a possible child neglect situation. Under investigation.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 28

1:15 a.m. - Officers contacted a man who was upset because he had been thrown out of a bar. Officers determined the man was removed by management, the man agreed not to return to the bar.

2:20 p.m. - An officer stopped a vehicle for doing 51 mph in a 35 mph zone. The driver was cited.
