SUNDAY, NOV. 8

5:05 p.m. - Officers responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence. They located an intoxicated adult male who was arrested for an active warrant.

5:28 p.m. - An officer responded to a report of a non-injury accident. Officer's investigation found one of the driver's to be uninsured. The driver was cited.

5:48 p.m. - Officers took a report of a possible sex crime. Investigation continues.

10:29 p.m. - An officer responded to a check welfare request. An officer located the subjects in question and found them to be intoxicated. Officers cleared the scene.

MONDAY, NOV. 9

12:27 p.m. -Officers took a report of a stolen bicycle.

1:51 p.m. - An officer responded to a report of a hit-and-run car crash with property damage. Video surveillance was available. The suspect and their vehicle were identified. Officers contacted the suspect who admitted to causing the damage and leaving the scene. Charges are pending.

5:53 p.m. - Officers stopped a car for not having its lights on at night. The driver was ticketed.

6:44 p.m. - Officers took a report of an assault that occurred at a residence two weeks prior. Investigation did not result in charges.

TUESDAY, NOV. 10

5:42 p.m. - Officers took a report of a non injury two vehicle accident. One of the drivers was cited for overdriving road conditions.

8:06 p.m. - Officers investigated a report of a male trying to enter cars parked at a business. The suspect was found and has charges pending.

9:51 p.m. - Caller reported a subject breathing but not responsive. Officers responded and found an extremely intoxicated subject and the ambulance responded. The subject was transported to the ER.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 11

2:40 p.m. - Officers responded to a complaint of a car parked blocking a driveway. Officers couldn't find the owner of the car to move it, so it was towed.

2:51 p.m. - Officers observed a subject with an active warrant while on patrol. Officers made contact with the subject, identified the subject and arrested the subject for two outstanding warrants out of Clay County.

10:46 p.m. - A male called to report he'd been attacked and then almost run over by a car. Investigation continues.

THURSDAY, NOV. 12

8:12 a.m. - Officers were called to a report of an assault. Investigation showed the reporter had lied about the assault occurring. Charges of False Reporting are pending.

FRIDAY, NOV. 13

6:26 a.m. - Officers investigated a stolen pickup from a house. It was later found at a hotel in Vermillion. Suspect is unknown.

SATURDAY, NOV. 14

1:09 p.m. - Officers were called to a report of a domestic assault. Investigation showed a male had attacked his spouse and was arrested.

7:20 p.m. - Caller reported loud music coming from an apartment. Officers contacted the renter at the apartment and warned them. The renter turned down the music.

7:38 p.m. - Caller reported a loud party at a residence. Officers checked the area and found a small gathering at a residence but it was not a loud party. No further action.

9:32 p.m. - Officers responded to a business for a report of a male being punched multiple times. Investigation showed one male attacked another. The suspect was arrested and charged with simple assault.
