SUNDAY, JULY 21

12:15 a.m.  - An officer stopped a vehicle for having an out headlight and expired registration. The driver was cited.

6:34 a.m. - Caller reported a subject driving who was revoked. An officer saw the subject driving and confirmed she was revoked. When stopped, it was discover the subject did not have insurance. The driver was charge and the vehicle was impounded.

10:05 a.m. - Officers stopped a car for speeding and issued the driver a ticket.

2:43 p.m. - A local business reported a past tense theft that was caught on video. Under investigation.

MONDAY, JULY 22

3:52 p.m. - Officers responded to a report of a one-vehicle injury accident. The driver had driven into a metal pole in a parking lot and hit his head. Officers provided care for the driver until the ambulance arrived.

TUESDAY, JULY 23

9:09 a.m. - Caller requested to speak with an officer about an ongoing harassment situation involving a roommate. The caller wanted to remove the roommate from the residence. The officer explained the eviction process.

6:33 p.m. - An officer stopped a vehicle because the registration expired in 2017. The driver was cited.

11:23 p.m. - An officer contacted two juveniles in the High School Parking Lot after curfew. During the contact he found tobacco, e-cigarettes and marijuana. The juveniles' guardians were contacted and the incident is under investigation.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 24

1:36 a.m. - Caller reported an intoxicated man who did not appear able to care for himself. Officers contacted the man who was very intoxicated and unable to care for himself. Officers were able to locate an adult friend who came and took over care for the man.

7:14 p.m. - Caller reported her neighbor was stacking trimmed tree branches in a pile near her property. Investigation revealed she was renting and the branches were not on her property. No further action.

THURSDAY, JULY 25

10:28 a.m. - Officers are investigating a reported Sex Crime.

FRIDAY, JULY 26

10:03 a.m. - Caller reported a truck driving down the road that had thrown beer cans out the window. Officers located the vehicle and stopped it. The driver was over 21 and had two juvenile passengers who had been drinking beer. The Juveniles were cited and returned to their guardians. Charges were referred on the driver for furnishing alcohol to minors.

8:24 p.m. - An officer saw a man who he knew had a warrant for his arrest out of Clay County. The officer arrested the man on the warrant.

10:48 p.m. - An officer responded to Clay County Park regarding a domestic dispute because a deputy was some distance away. The officer assisted the deputy after he arrived.

SATURDAY, JULY 27

1:58 a.m. - Officers responded to a report of a man laying in the roadway. The man had been walking home from the bar and tripped and fell hitting his head. An ambulance was called and officers provided care until the ambulance arrived.

6:43 a.m. - Caller reported their vehicle stolen from an apartment building. The officer started looking for the vehicle and found it parked elsewhere in the same apartment complex. The owner stated nothing was missing from the vehicle.

5:53 p.m. - An officer stopped a vehicle for doing 46 mph in a 35 mph zone. The driver was cited.
