University of South Dakota mascot Charlie Coyote and USD cheerleaders taught people attending the Aug. 23, 2018 Thursday on the Platz in downtown Vermillion how to do the "Charlie Shuffle." The dance is being introduced as a new tradition at USD sporting, student and community events.
