Tanagers Girls Golf

Pictured is the Vermillion Tanagers girls’ golf team. They won the team title at the home Invitational at The Bluffs Golf Course.

Weather conditions were favorable on Monday at The Bluffs Golf Course and the Tanagers girls’ golf team took full advantage. They won the team title at their home Invitational and placed three golfers in the top six.

Ronnie Wilharm was second overall (81), Steph Carr was fifth (85) and Georgia Johnson was sixth (86). Canton's Olivia Sorlie took medalist honors with an 80. Emma Willert shot 89 to take 13th and Kaitlin Tracy was right behind her with a 90 (16th). Taylor Reuvers shot 96 (26th).
