The Vermillion volleyball team came back to beat West Central in their first match of the season at home this past Tuesday. The Tanagers won the first set 25-21, but the Trojans gained momentum to win the next two 13-25 and 20-25. Vermillion rallied 25-21 to put the game into a fifth set. The home team won 15-9 to start their season with a win.

Vermillion will compete against four teams at the Canton Invite this Saturday. Their first game will be at 1 p.m.
