SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – South Dakota junior Taryn LaBree has been named the Summit League Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this year after tallying five points over two Coyote victories.

LaBree, hailing from Colorado Springs, Colorado, scored the game-winning goal and added an assist in USD’s 3-1 triumph over Oral Roberts. She followed with a goal in South Dakota’s 2-1 win at Western Illinois. Out of seven shot attempts, she placed five on frame including the two goals.

For the year, she has tallied five goals and three assists with her 13 points ranking third in the league. She has helped South Dakota to a 7-4-2 overall record and a 2-1 mark in the Summit League.

The Coyotes are in the midst of a three-game road trip with the South Dakota Showdown Series contest at South Dakota State set for Thursday at 6 p.m. in Brookings.
