SIOUX FALLS, S.D.—South Dakota senior guard Ciara Duffy has been named the Summit League Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the period ended Jan. 5.

This marks Duffy's third player of the week honor this season and the sixth of her career.

Duffy averaged 19 points, 8.5 rebounds and 5.5 assists in leading the No. 22 Coyotes to a pair of lopsided Summit League wins. She notched her fourth double-double of the season in 25 minutes of work against Denver with 19 points and 11 rebounds.

The Rapid City, South Dakota, native continues to lead the Summit League in assists while averaging nearly 17 points per game.

The Coyotes remain home to host Omaha at 1 p.m. Saturday.
